Arriving by Air / Hamburg Airport
Sixty-nine airlines fly directly from Hamburg Airport to 18 national and 98 international destinations. The airport is situated to the north of the city in Fuhlsbüttel. See the Hamburg Airport website for flight connections at http://www.airport.de/en/index.phtml.
The Congress Center Hamburg can be reached from here by airport bus, regular bus, the underground and taxi. The journey time to CCH by car is about 20 minutes, by public transport about 30 minutes, depending on the connection.
How to get from Hamburg Airport to Hamburg Messe
A combination of bus and subway:
Route: Get on bus route 110 in front of the terminals and continue to the final stop: U-Bahnstation Ohlsdorf. After that, board the U1 in the direction of Großhansdorf and exit at the Stephansplatz station.
Traveling time: 30 minutes
Jasper Airport Express (in front of the terminals)
A regular daytime service runs every 15 minutes.
Route: Non-stop to the main station, then board the U1 or the S11 Stephansplatz/Dammtor
