The exhibitor's package as such does not include a shell scheme (booth) nor furniture. The package covers the space rental only - including a standard network plug (RJ45, 100 Mbps bandwidth, DHCP address) providing 24 hour internet access without additional costs.

Your booth system and booth assembly etc can be ordered by you from our partner Kehr ExpoModul GmbH in Dresden, who will provide comprehensive and complete services for the realization of your exhibition appearance including booth building, graphical works, logo panels, lights, carpets etc.

If preferred, ISC exhibitors can bring their own pop-up booth or arrange their own booth building services with a booth builder of their choice.

The exhibition site has wooden floors. We recommend to have carpet laid in your booth. To order carpet please see www.kehr-expomodul.de/isc08/.

You will be able to order power supply for your ISC booth via the Restricted Online Exhibition Area which will be made available to you on March o1, 2008. Exhibitors will receive an access code for accessing the restricted online exhibition area.)

All Exhibitors will be having access to a high speed internet connection with 100 mbit/s. By default a standard network plug is provided (RJ45, 100 Mbps bandwidth, DHCP address) without costs.

In addition, there is the option
- to upgrade to a Gigabit connection (on request)
- to order booth-to-booth fiber optics connections (on request).

Furthermore, an e-mail lounge as well as wireless connectivity throughout the Congress Center will be available.

The International Congress Center will maintain 24-hour perimeter security during move-in, exhibition days, and move-out. Additional security services are available on request.

ISC’s logistic partner Schenker Hannover will provide worldwide exhibition logistic services before, during and after the show. Services include shipping to show, customs formalities, lifting equipment and manpower on site, short term storage, storage of empties, collection from the booth after the show and shipping to final destination if needed. We recommend to contact Schenker before sending your exhibits and materials in order to receive individual shipping instructions.

The convention center does not provide storage rooms. The exhibitors must store their materials either in their booths or alternatively arrange storage via our logistics partner Schenker (see above).

Typically the ceiling frame of each booth can be equipped with a panel to display the company logo - this can be custom-made, please see the Booth Order Form

According to ICD Regulations, It is not permitted to bring food and/or beverages into the building.
Complimentary coffee and drinks will be served within the Exhibition Area. Food will be served in the foyer and restaurant (both Exhibition & Lecture Hall). For additional catering requirements please see below.

A “Copy & Print Station” providing services for copying, printing, faxing, office stationery etc. will be located on the lower gallery in the Exhibition Hall.

In general, all deliveries for ISC’08 should arrive in Dresden prior to the event week. We recommend that you arrange deliveries with our logistics facilities partner ‘Schenker’, who has storage facilities in Dresden.
Deliveries for ISC’08 to Schenker’s warehouse will be accepted from June 02 - 14, 2008.
Your materials will then be delivered to the according booth location for set-up on Monday, June 17 and/or Tuesday, June 18 according to your requirements.

There are 11 doors giving access to the central exhibition hall. To unload trucks can drive up directly to these doors. Measurements of doors are: 2,35 m x 2,45 m (7.7 ft x 8.03 ft)

The official weight limit for the exhibition floor is 500 Kg/sqm – due to parquet flooring.
Higher weights are possible by placing specific boards under the item to distribute the weight.
Schenker will provide these boards onsite – please order prior to the event.

Parking for 200 cars is available in the underground car park of the Congress Center. Parking for trucks is available under the Elbe bridge near the conference building.

Floorplans, exhibitors listing, exhibitor services manual and other relevant information are available at www.isc08.org/exhibition.

There are a number flag poles near the congress center's main entrance which can be utilized by interested companies. When you bring your flag it can be flown outside the conference center. The affixing and pole rental throughout the conference is available for a fee of EUR 300. The format of your flag should be HIS (vertical), measurements should be 4m x 1,5m (13.12 ft x 4.92 ft).

Standard booth personnel (2 persons included in Exhibition Package) can be registered via the “Restricted Online Exhibition Area “ which will be made available on March 1, 2008. (Exhibitors will receive an access code for accessing the restricted online exhibition area.)

The exhibition package includes 2 booth personnel. If you wish to bring additional staff to the exhibition these will have to be registered via “Restricted Online Exhibition Area “ for an additional cost of 275 Euro per person.

You can upgrade booth personnel via the “Restricted Online Exhibition Area” by registering those also wanting to attend the conference proceedings as “conference participants”. (“Conference Pass” includes “Exhibition Pass”). If by this the contigent of 2 free booth passes is not utilized, we will (after the conference) credit/refund EUR 275 for each of the 2 free booth passes not ordered.

Exhibition and/or Conference passes will not be sent – please collect your pass upon arrival at the ISC’08 registration counter.

Exhibitors can rent a press box to present company information for journalists participating in ISC'08. Press boxes will be located in the ISC press area (Press Lounge). Your press box will be labelled with your company's name. Press boxes can be fitted anew by companies any time and will be available onsite from June 17-19, 2008. This service is available for a fee of 110 €.

We can offer one-off distribution of your press release (max. 2 DINA4 pages) to the ISC press distribution list including more than 200 qualified media addresses. Your press release should be provided in pdf format by email attachment before June 3, 2008. Distribution will take place in calendar week 23/24. In case embargo times apply, please specify these accordingly with the press release. This service is available for a fee of 165 €.
